Equivalent of 1/2 whole hog per year spread over 12 months.
This is about 5-6 pounds of various pork cuts every month.
1 whole hog weighs about 140-160 pounds.
Each month you will receive an equal share of a combination of pork products totaling to approximately 5.5 pounds of pork.
all offal such as liver package can be added on as extras.
